Wow, thanks… just heard this song on tv and – as is often the case w/ the Target commercials – I either sit and think about the song and try to guess who it is, or else I drive myself crazy by spending a half hour googling whatever song lyrics I can remember until I find something.

I dig this song, and look forward to hearing the whole thing.

happyfriend – that’s really cool you’re friends with them. I had read elsewhere that they used to play w/ elliott once in awhile, so perhaps i got the wrong info. They’ve been on my radar on bands to investigate further and i just haven’t got around to it yet…

these guys are actually really great friends of mine. i will actually be attending one of there weddings next weekend. besides being absolutely fabulous musicians, they are GREAT people. thanks for posting the review or whatever. i actually haven’t seen the ad and was searching for it online when i stumbled across this. one bit of clarification though… they only played with elliot smith once at a show in costa mesa, ca. he was unfortunately gone soon after BUT i know he was an influence on keith. the 88 are amazing. check them out if you get a chance.

I saw this commercial two weeks ago and have been searching and searching ever since. Thank you! The funny thing is I knew it had to be from one of the bands I recently bought in iTunes. Come to find out it was! I have been enjoying “Hide Another Mistake” for a few weeks now.
